1. Objectives of the Practice: -
The youth batch of college students (both girls and boys) are the future citizens of our nation. So, by respecting National Anthem naturally they will learn to love their country. They will be motivated to perform their duties towards the nation. They will be concerned about the growth of the nation. So, they will be inclined towards new innovations and new ideas. This will help to spread positive energy and thought among the youth of the nation.
2. The context:-
Every day the prayer sessions are organized to improve the quality of education the prayer committee guides and encourages students to plan and conduct prayer on regular basis. A Minutes silence is observed to create the prayer programme is also create calmness and a sense of integrity is developed. The principle of self disciplines and confidence are inculcated into the student. The practice of prayer improves attitudes towards sustainable life cycle.
03.The Practice:
It has been made a practice in the college to start the college with National anthem. In the beginning it seemed to be impossible to assemble the students of different stream like-arts, science and commerce at one time. The problem of leading the prayer also faced by the institute. So, an open chance for leading the prayer was given in front of all the students without any restriction of junior or senior. Then some students willingly came forward to lead the same. The other difficulty was the lack of musical instruments and any music teacher in the college. But it is done without those facilities. As the college run all the streams in one shift only. So, it became convenient to practice this system.
04.Evidence of Success: -
Although in the onset the chances of success of the practice of a assembly in the college seemed to be gloomy. But the institution is proud to take such a bold step to organize assembly and prayer. The students are enthusiastically taking part in the assembly. More and more students are happily taking part in this event. After these maximum students are attending the class on time. So it has reduced the problem of late comers in the classroom.
Problems Encountered and Resources Required: -
The initial problem was to collect the students and motivate them for prayer. Secondly, without musical instrument make the national anthem with proper tune, scale and melodious. But the students did it successfully.Thirdly, the requirement of resources was nothing, not even a single penny other than the space to stand and conduct the assembly. It is already there in the college building.

Objectives of the Practice:
As students are belongs to young group therefore high energy is require for their routine work. The college schedule is from 10:30 to 5:30 so it is very necessary to take meal during the entire time frame to maintain the energy requirement.
As the institute is situated in outer area of residential locality; therefore it is not possible for student to get meal easily from outside the college campus. And student comes to the college from about the area of 15 Kilometer radius. Students are belongs to the tribal community so they are un-habitual of bringing Tiffin. Therefore it was very necessary to start such practice to fulfill their energy requirement.
It was very challenging task to start canteen facilities in the college, at the beginning it seem impossible task as the strength of college student is not enough to facilitate this. And the student comes under weaker section therefore the facility has to provide in lower cost. A meeting conducted among the member of Janbhagidari committee, and finally it was decided that the financial assist will have provided to the canteen facility provider. And all the necessary requirement like gas stove, utensil etc. will be manages by Janbhagidari fund and also the remuneration of 1500.00 per month will be provided. for canteen faciliter.
The canteen facility is firstly operated by the member of Mahila swasahayata samuh. At the beginning very less student take advantage of canteen, after some time use of canteen facility become habitual for them. Now more and more student take advantage of these facility. This practice helps and maintain their strength and stamina. And give proper attention in their study.

The initial problem was to find out proper place to start such facility. Out side the college building there was no any secure place, therefore the canteen start inside the college building at the space under the downstairs.
Second the cost of meal has to maintain in low price; therefore financial assist provided to these facility provider.
Third quality of meal should healthy so it monitored on regular basis by the college staff.
